Shipping Policy

DMK's goal is to get you your parcel to you as efficiently as possible.

Orders are generally shipped within 2 business days from order confirmation (excluding holidays or special/custom orders).

Photo prints take an additional 5-10 business days to ship as they are custom printed upon ordering

Shipping costs:   We all cringe at paying for shipping, but it is a necessary evil. DMK's shipping rates to you are what we pay - simple.

USPS rates are very low compared to Canada's so it does cost more to ship than you may be used to, but we do our very best to be as efficient and cost effective as possible.

Canada Post is our default shipper. If your order is going across the USA border, it is then handed off to USPS. This is the most cost effective method for shipping rates.

Costs are based on the combined weight of the items and the dimensions of the packet or box as charged to us by standard postal services. NOTE: the more items you purchase and that we can put in the same box, saves you on overall shipping!  

We currently ship  to USA and Canada, the UK, Australia and New Zealand
